Best Indian Restaurant in Three Hills AB – Authentic Indian Food
This is sunshine in a glass: creamy yogurt and Alfonso mangoes, crowned with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and showered with crushed mixed nuts. No wonder it's India's favorite drink!
True to its name, this red drink is a tribute to the rose - blending its nectar with cool betel leaf, zesty lemon, and a sparkle, finished with a garnish of the petals themselves.
Slow-cooked all day with butter, cream, and gentle spices, our black lentil and kidney bean stew is pure velvet in a bowl. Deeply smoky, savory, and satisfying - a must-try for any stew lover!
Silky, spiced spinach puree wrapped around soft cottage cheese, finished with a delicate shower of white sesame seeds. It's the dish that makes vegetables feel like a celebration.
It is the lovechild of a classic croissant and a savoury pancake! Each one is hand-stretched and pan-fried until it develops dozens of crispy, golden layers, making it the perfect companion for any dish on our menu.
You'll smell it before it arrives. Freshly baked until puffed and blistered, then brushed with melted butter and minced garlic. The result is a bread softer than a pillow and irresistibly fluffy!
Meet the superstar of Indian snacks! These handcrafted golden, triangular pockets of joy are filled with seasoned potatoes, peas, and aromatic herbs and served with a sweet and sour mango chutney
Prepared live at your table! Watch us build this famous Indian street food: crispy spinach, sweet yogurt, zigzags of mint and tamarind chutneys, boiled potatoes, a shower of sev, fresh cilantro, and a burst of pomegranate. It's a snack that puts on a show.
Flawlessly fluffy basmati rice, elevated. We've interwoven saffron-kissed grains throughout, giving it a stunning visual appeal and a light, fragrant aroma that complements any curry.
Experience the curry so beloved, it was crowned Britain's National Dish in 2001. Featuring a thick, textured gravy of tomato, cream, and a hearty mix of diced onion and sweet bell peppers, this is the curry with character.
Three layers of pure magic. A buttery graham crust on the bottom. Creamy Philadelphia cheese in the middle. And a top layer kissed with rose water, saffron, and cardamom. Hiding in the very centre? Go on, cut it open. Meet the Timbits' Indian half-brother waiting to be discovered
Long before ice cream became a household name, India had kulfi - a slow-simmered, impossibly creamy frozen dessert. The difference? Ice cream is churned and fluffy. Kulfi is dense, rich, and creamier. Your chosen flavoured stick is dipped in Rabri (sweet, thickened, slightly grainy milk), then coated with crunchy nuts before being served. Taste a tradition that time couldn't melt away.

We’ve eaten here 4 times since the revamp, and we’ll be back many more. Order any food dish, and you can’t go wrong . . . plus the Mango Lassi will slay you. The Butter Chicken is the best I’ve EVER had in Canada - the only place I’ve had equal flavour was in a one-of-a-kind mom and pop restaurant in Mahabalipuram, India. Kennedy (the owner) has served us every time we’ve been to Indus, and I noticed he served each patron, not only us, with kindness and respect - a true gentleman. BTW…I grew up in India and every time I (we) eat here takes me back to the good memories of my childhood.Posted on Adrian ParsonsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We enjoyed Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and Mango Lassi and it was truthfully the most incredible Indian food I have ever had. The owners are the kindest gentlemen and have a heart to give back to this community. The prices, especially for the quality of the food, was very reasonable. Would be way more in the city. We are very fortunate to have such a beautiful place to go out to eat in our tiny town.Posted on TamaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finally decided to dine in for a meal. Asked for a drink and was told there’s no alcoholic beverages, not even wine. Was fine with that however, they advertise alcoholic beverages on their neon signs, false advertising and sways people to believe they are licensed. I would give 5 stars overall but the false advertising that you could have a spritzer or glass of wine with your meal leads me to only give 4 stars overall. I suggest getting licensed or taking down all of the alcohol advertisings.
