Indus Flavour is the result of an unexpected journey that’s truly driven by passion, courage, along with genuine love for food. Founded by Siddharth and Jasveer Singh, 2 law graduates who actually chose to step away from conventional career paths, the brand was created with a simple yet powerful belief: food really has the ability to connect people, spark conversations, and create lasting memories. It was started as a desire to serve great food, and has grown into a hospitality experience rooted in sincerity, creativity, and care.

Our concept combines comfort with curiosity. We actually take inspiration from time-honoured Indian flavours and get them paired with globally loved comfort foods, and create dishes that feel exciting. At Indus Flavour, we honour the tradition behind every recipe and add thoughtful modern touches. From rich, slow-cooked curries to playful fusion creations, every dish is designed in order to deliver warmth, flavour, and satisfaction.

Quality is at the core of everything we do. We’re deeply committed to using fresh, high-quality potatoes and carefully chosen ingredients that perfectly meet our standards for taste and consistency. Whenever it’s possible, we source locally, supporting nearby suppliers and ensuring freshness in every serving. Our kitchen is a space of constant experimentation, where flavours, textures, as well as techniques are perfectly refined to bring something new to the table without even losing authenticity.
