I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant. The place itself is truly impressive—very clean, classy, and beautifully designed. The ambiance feels warm and welcoming, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and authentic taste that really stood out. Every dish was well-prepared and satisfying. On top of that, the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s an amazing spot that I would highly recommend. We’ve eaten here 4 times since the revamp, and we’ll be back many more. Order any food dish, and you can’t go wrong . . . plus the Mango Lassi will slay you. The Butter Chicken is the best I’ve EVER had in Canada - the only place I’ve had equal flavour was in a one-of-a-kind mom and pop restaurant in Mahabalipuram, India. Kennedy (the owner) has served us every time we’ve been to Indus, and I noticed he served each patron, not only us, with kindness and respect - a true gentleman. We enjoyed Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and Mango Lassi and it was truthfully the most incredible Indian food I have ever had. The owners are the kindest gentlemen and have a heart to give back to this community. The prices, especially for the quality of the food, was very reasonable. Would be way more in the city. Finally decided to dine in for a meal. Asked for a drink and was told there’s no alcoholic beverages, not even wine. Was fine with that however, they advertise alcoholic beverages on their neon signs, false advertising and sways people to believe they are licensed. I would give 5 stars overall but the false advertising that you could have a spritzer or glass of wine with your meal leads me to only give 4 stars overall. I suggest getting licensed or taking down all of the alcohol advertisings.
